(BPRW) FPL's Power to Care at Watkins Elementary School

(Black PR Wire) On March 3, 2025, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) and Broward Education Foundation volunteers spent the morning at Watkins Elementary School in Broward County. Volunteers helped read a book to students and assisted with landscaping at the entrance of the school. As FPL celebrates its centennial this year, the Power to Care program reinforces the company’s long-standing commitment to powering strong communities making Florida an even better place to live, work and raise a family. This year, FPL’s Power to Care week consists of nearly 30 projects led by hundreds of employees across Florida.
