Gene previously served as Vice President for Goldman Sachs & Company where he established the secondary preferred stock trading desk. Mr. Gallagher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia University’s School of Business.

Roy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, as well as an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
