Gene previously served as Vice President for Goldman Sachs & Company where he established the secondary preferred stock trading desk. Earlier, he was Vice President for Blaylock & Partners, L.P. and also held positions with Chase Securities, Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co., as well as MKI Securities Corp. Mr. Gallagher earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from Columbia University’s School of Business.

Roy Jones previously served as Director of the Generalist Sales Group for Wachovia Capital Markets, where he managed a regional offices sales coverage. Roy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University, as well as an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
