(BPRW) Archbishop Chuck Jones Speaking at The Cathedral Church of the Resurrection on May 5th

- Service begins at 10 a.m. -

(BLACK PR WIRE) – The Most Rev. Chuck Jones, Archbishop of the Archdiocese of the Southeast, and Bishop of the Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast, of the Charismatic Episcopal Church (CEC), joins the parish of The Cathedral Church of the Resurrection on Sunday, May 5.

“We are delighted to welcome our Archbishop to The Cathedral,” says the Bishop of Florida, The Most Rev. David R. Simpson. “We encourage everyone to come out and fellowship with us and hear the prophetic words of this great man of God.” The Cathedral Church of the Resurrection is located at 6701 S.W. 25th Street in Miramar. Service begins at 10 a.m.

The Archbishop’s ministry, known worldwide, also publishes Aslan Roars, a website of prophetic words, daily devotions, and teachings. Having been a pastor since 1983, Chuck has been with the CEC for the past 17 years. The Lord has given Chuck a powerful gift not only to teach and to preach but also to hear the voice of the Lord prophetically. It is Chuck’s desire that through the prophetic calling on his life to uproot, pull-down, overthrow, destroy, build and plant – individuals, churches and peoples can experience authentic revival across the U.S. and the world.

Archbishop Jones believes that one of the main purposes for his prophetic ministry is to alert the Body of Christ to what God is doing on the Earth, so that through intercession they can co-labor with God in shaping human history. Not only does he lead his church, the Cathedral of Christ the King, located in Selma, Alabama, the Archdiocese, and the Diocese, he also travels extensively nationally and internationally, fulfilling the Apostolic calling God has placed on his life by providing encouragement, exhortation and support for the Body of Christ. Chuck lives in Selma, Alabama with his wife, Olivia, whom he has been married to for 27 years.
