(BLACK PR WIRE) – State Representative Cynthia A. Stafford (D-109) and Moderator Rev. Johnny L. Barber are co-hosting Souls to Enroll, a community event designed to promote Affordable Care Act (ACA) enrollment before the March 31st deadline.

The event will take place Saturday, March 29, 2014, 11:30 a.m. – 2 p.m., at Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church, located at 698 NW 47th Terrace, Miami, Florida 33127. To enroll, you will need to bring the following documents:

• Social Security card or immigration documents

• Driver's license, paycheck stubs/W-2/2013 tax statement

• The policy number of your current health insurance plan (if applicable)
