(Black PR Wire) – Fashion truly meant business at the National Black Chamber of Commerce’s Fashion House presentation during the chamber’s 2015 Annual Convention in Hollywood, FL. The exciting show brought together designers, business leaders and vendors and also served as a networking platform for all.
During the event, emerging designers from South Florida presented their pieces to a packed audience, including retail buyers, manufacturers, distributers, fashion business consultants, admirers and celebrity guests. Presentations included showcases from Upscale General, Intyce Swimwear, Shannon Saint Clair, Africa Muso, Vanae Swimwear and Fly Supply. A percentage of the shows proceeds were also donated to a local charity.
The National Black Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization which has dedicated itself to the economic empowerment of African American communities through entrepreneurship and capitalistic activity since its incorporation in 1993. Focused on sustaining entrepreneurship and guiding future entrepreneurs, the NBCC advocates innovative approaches to development for businesses domestically and internationally.
