We were all set to bring you an experience of a lifetime, but we want everyone to stay safe. Thanks to our sponsors for their steadfast support of the organization. WOCEI is here for you. We have already reached out to thousands of individuals through our “Hour of Power” leadership training opportunities. In April, we hosted Ms. Xernona Clayton; in May we brought you Dr. Lisa Orbe-Austin; in June we presented Congresswoman Val Demings. Our July programming will be just as impactful. Advocate for Women of Color. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to engage on issues that will impact your local community. WOCEI will hold a ZOOM meeting on Wednesday, July 15th @ 7:00 PM. Also, stay tuned for information regarding judicial candidate and other forums that WOCEI will be sponsoring and co-sponsoring.
“Hour of Power”
We are pleased to announce that our July “Hour of Power” will take place on
Saturday, July 18th @ 10:00 AM with none other than Rashad Robinson from
Color Of Change. Robinson makes numerous media appearances in a variety of outlets, including NPR, MSNBC, CNN, NPR, PBS, and BET. He has a monthly column in US edition of The Guardian. He is one of the transformational voices of our time.
