(Black PR Wire) SILVER SPRING, MD  – Tamika D. Mallory plans to encourage black women to prioritize their physical health, mental wellness and self-care during the National Medical Association (NMA) National Convention next week.

Mallory, who helped organize the 2017 Women’s March on Washington, the largest single-day demonstration in American history, is set to speak at the NMA’s virtual event next week.

Her participation, part of the annual Muriel Petioni, M.D. Awards Program, is scheduled from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Sunday, July 18.
