(Black PR Wire) MIAMI, FL – Men often put their health last, delaying routine checkups and preventive care that can help detect serious health conditions early. In recognition of Men’s Health Month, observed each June, Jessie Trice Community Health System (JTCHS), in partnership with Mount Hermon Church, will host a Men’s Health Symposium. The event will take place on Saturday, June 6, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the JTCHS Barbara J. Jordan Health & Wellness Center, located at 20612 NW 27th Ave. in Miami Gardens.

The symposium will bring together healthcare professionals, faith leaders and residents for a morning dedicated to promoting men’s health, wellness and preventive care. Attendees will have the opportunity to access valuable health information, community resources and conversations designed to encourage men to prioritize their physical and mental well-being. Featured speakers include Dr. O’Neil J. Pyle, MD; Dr. Elisee Jacques, APRN; Dr. Tim Tyler, Ed.D.; and Ashley Carter, MS, RD, LDN.

“This symposium is an opportunity to empower men with the knowledge, resources and support they need to take a more proactive approach to their health,” said Ryan R.
