FTF 2022 VIRTUAL PROGRAMS

FireHood Weekend Intensive

 *Scholars who attended FTF 8-9 Grade Program may be able to attend the 2 Week Program.

 ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS

FireHood – Aimed at our Alumni Scholars who have attended the Two-Week program, it’s dedicated to fostering Brotherhood, increasing Leadership skills and continued preparation for education and future success in their careers.

8-9th Grade – This intense program is dedicated to exposing our new Scholars to the FTF Curriculum and our FireHood community.  Scholars attend sessions and exposed to our curriculum1 and must complete assignments.

10-12th Grade – This program is the center piece of FTF’s educational arm.  Scholars are immersed in FTF’s curriculum1 that’s delivered in a college atmosphere with graded assignments and culminates in our Rites of Passage Program (ROP).

 1Curriculum includes Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Goal Setting, Planning, Critical Reading, Writing, and Thinking, Financial Literacy, College Planning and Social Awareness.

2022 Tuition (Financial Aid Is Available)

  • $100 FireHood Weekend Intensive Program
  • $349 8-9 Grade Weekend Intensive Program
  • $599 10-12 Grade Two-Week Program2

           2($499 If you Attended FTF 8-9 Grade)

Scholars Are Encouraged to Use The Fundraising Packet Found on Our Website

 Selection is competitive, and includes:

  1. Completed and submitted application
  2. 2.7 GPA preferred
  3. Recent school transcript
  4. One Page Essay3 (On one of the following topics)
  1. What person in your community has made a positive impact and how has that individual inspired you?
  2. Describe two creative activities that could help make your community a better place.

         3Essay Not Required For FireHood

           3Previous FTF 8-9th Grade Attendees Will Review Their Previous Essay
